Rates and coverage
We ship anywhere in the United States for a flat $4.99 per order. No hidden fees, no surprise charges at checkout — the price you see on the order page is the price you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Most orders ship the next business day.
Delivery time
Orders ship via USPS from our base in Tennessee. Typical delivery is 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
International shipping
We currently ship to US addresses only. If you're outside the US and want a CC360, email us at chaincleaner360@gmail.com — enough interest and we'll make it happen.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us at chaincleaner360@gmail.com with your order details and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
