The 30-day guarantee

If you're not happy with your CC360 for any reason, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Used it? That's fine — we want you to actually try it on your chain. A brush we're confident in doesn't need fine print.

How to start a return

Email chaincleaner360@gmail.com with your order confirmation (name or email used at checkout) and a quick note on why it didn't work out. We'll reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.

Return shipping

Customers cover return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective — in that case we'll cover it, or simply send a replacement without requiring a return at all. Just include a photo of the issue in your email.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.

Damaged or defective items

If your CC360 arrives damaged or develops a defect in normal use, email us with a photo — we'll send a replacement at no cost. No return trip required in most cases.
